Llamas Elementary School in Mariveles participated in a drawing and painting session on April 29 as a treat from GNPD employees. “We have the power to inspire and ignite change. Art brings hope and healing. With every stroke of brushes, we hope to create brighter future for these children,” said GNPD CSR Superintendent of GNPD Joseph Paolo Mendoza. He said the activity is more than just a way to showcase the talent of the special children but also help them to develop their social and communication skills.
GNPD also donated sensory and educational toys to the students that included wooden blocks, toy walkers, board puzzles, and other interactive toys. Project Saysay is a GNPD flagship program encouraging employees to choose beneficiaries to celebrate their birthdays with.
